Privacy policy: "Copy client list" extension

The short version
The extension copies a list you are looking at to your own clipboard. It does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell or share any data. It has no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no network code.
What it does
When you click Capture this page, the extension reads the text of the tab you are on (your selection, or the largest table or list on the page), including email addresses and phone numbers that appear in links, and keeps it in a temporary list inside your browser. When you click Copy all, it puts that list on your clipboard so you can paste it into the Trainzilla AI Assistant yourself.
What it reads, and when
- Only the tab you are on, and only at the moment you click Capture this page. It never runs in the background and never reads other tabs.
- It does not read passwords, cookies, browsing history or form contents, and it does not log in to any site.
Where the data goes
- The captured text is held in your browser's session storage (
chrome.storage.session) so it survives closing the popup. It is cleared when you click Clear or when you close the browser. - It is never sent to Trainzilla or to anyone else by the extension. The only way it leaves your browser is if you paste it somewhere yourself, for example into the Trainzilla AI Assistant. Anything you paste there is then handled under the Trainzilla privacy policy.

The extension requests no host permissions and uses no remote code.
